Ashita no Joe (Series)

Joe Yabuki, a short-tempered guy, thinks all of his solutions to problems lie in punching.

One day he gets into a fight with the local gang and eventually defeats the people effortlessly.

At this event, he catches the attention of Danpei Tange, a former boxer-turned-alcoholic and offers Joe to come into the boxing. At first, Joe rejected that offer but sometime after, he agreed and stepped into the world of boxing.
