Burn the Witch

Ninny Spangcole belongs to a well-known girl group. However, in Reverse London, she is employed by Wing Bind as a “Witch”; this organization sends out agents to use magic to destroy the animals and safeguard the people of both Londons.

In addition to their work, Ninny and Noel Niihashi protect Baldo Ywain Parks, a young man who has a strange bond with the dragons.

For nearly a century, there has not been a fatal dragon attack because of the diligent work of the Wing Bind. But the calm disintegrates.
