A normal high school student would be Yuu Otosaka if he weren’t able to take over people’s bodies and minds. Even though it only lasts for five seconds at a time, Yuu’s enigmatic ability lets him get into a prominent high school and cheat his way to the top of his class, where he keeps up his dishonest behaviour.

Finally, Nao Tomori, the brash president of the Hoshinoumi Academy student government, exposes his dishonesty and puts an end to his antics. Nao uses force to persuade Yuu to join the student council and transfer to Hoshinoumi. In reality, Hoshinoumi Academy was founded for teenagers with superhuman talents, and the student council is used to track down individuals who misuse their skills.
