Ryo Saeba returns in the role of the City Hunter, a private investigator known as a “sweeper” who patrols Tokyo’s streets. He is hired to help those in need, along with his sidekick Kaori Makimura. Ryo targets attractive women when he isn’t using his keen shooting abilities to take down villains. Kaori checks his behaviour with a huge anti-ecchi hammer.
