Coquelicot Manor is a boarding house situated on a hilltop with a view of a seaside port. Since her family owns the building, Umi Matsuzaki handles a

lot of the responsibilities associated with running the tiny business, including cooking for her fellow boarders. She attends the nearby high school, which is presently going through a minor crisis when she is not at home.

A cherished old clubhouse is scheduled to be demolished to make way for a new structure in advance of the next Olympic Games.
