Howl’s Moving Castle

That disorganized structure, that noise of creaking joints and hissing steam, with smoke rising from it as it moves by itself… The great wizard Howl, who is notorious for both his skill with magic and his tendency to pursue women, resides in that castle.

But when Sophie finds herself in a troubling circumstance and the enigmatic wizard shows up to save her, her ordinary life takes an exciting turn. As a fierce war rips their kingdom apart, Sophie is forced to join Howl and a host of strange friends—from a hopping scarecrow to a formidable fire demon—in his living castle on a perilous journey in an attempt to get back to normal.
