Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind

The “Valley of the Wind,” a tranquil farming kingdom away from the jungle, is shielded from the spread of the fatal toxins of the jungle by its location by the sea. When an airship from the country of Tolmekia crashes violently into the Valley, Nausicaä, the charming young princess of the Valley, finds her peaceful kingdom upended. The Valley is abruptly overrun by the Tolmekian military, who want to resurrect a deadly weapon from the Seven Days of Fire when Nausicaä and the locals discover a menacing pulsing object amid the debris. In addition to defending the Valley from the advancing troops of the toxic jungle, Nausicaä must now battle to prevent the Tolmekians from bringing such a calamity that humanity could never survive.
