Trigun is a manga series written and illustrated by Yasuhiro Nightow. This series encompasses the collection of the Trigun anime (1998), the Badlands Rumble Movie and the modern sequel, Trigun STAMPEDE.

It follows the adventures of Vash the Stampede with a 60 billion double dollar bounty on his head. He is accompanied by two insurance agents Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson who minimize the inevitible damages that occur due to his appearance.
